Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (if applicable), with any special promotions highlighted at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status via our courier partner’s website.

 

2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Non-Refundable Items are Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, email us at return@arhandloom.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, mobile number, the email address used on our website, and a brief description of the issue.

Package Open Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or refund due to damage or defects, a video recording of the package being opened is mandatory. This video helps us verify the condition of the product upon arrival. Please ensure that the video clearly shows the sealed package and captures the entire unboxing process including any visible damage. This video is required to process any claims for returns or refunds due to damage or incorrect items.

Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Product Mismatch
If the product received does not match the description or specifications provided on our website, we will issue a refund.

Damaged Products
Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
